When I was a kid the man next door shot and killed someone who was breaking into his house. He wasn't charged with anything but he was a little strange after that.

I shot a man in the arm that was trying to break into my house when I happened to come home and caught him in the act. I was not going to shoot him but he turned toward me like a nut and said shoot me then said your a coward and won't shoot so I shot him.
