I prefer window for short flights (2 hrs or less) and aisle for long flights.
I love looking out the window, but for longer flights, I like to be able to easily stand up and stretch a bit during the flight.
always aisle! Less of that "veal" feeling.
It depends. If I am flying with people I know, I prefer the window seat.
If I am flying by myself, I prefer the aisle seat.
The reason? I don't like climbing over strangers in the event I need to leave my seat to use the restroom. If I'm with people I know, I don't mind climbing over them. The window is my favorite seat because I can lean to the side and sleep and the drink cart won't hit me in the elbow every time it comes past.
Window seat so I can look out for Aliens! lol Have a good one Doyler, Best, Jonathan
I always prefer a window seat but for my 6'4" frame I choose the aisle.
Which is an adventure in itself because my foot sometimes act as a road block for the drink cart and the stewardess has to wake me to remove my foot and a napkin for the line of drool that's protruding from my chin.
No mile high club here.
Aisle seat. I am very tall, and need the legroom.
I always request and aisle seat. I do not like flying because I feel claustrophobic when in a plane. The aisle gives me the extra room to get up should I need to do so. Since I cannot afford to fly first class, I always request the aisle seat on the bulkhead. Hey, I have issues. :/
Aisle seat. I always find that, regrettably, I have to use the bathroom during the flight and do not like to crawl over people. I also hate feeling trapped or infinged upon and have often had the experience of sitting next to a middle-seat passenger whose formula for determining his/her space seems to be to add 1/2 of my space to his/hers or who wants to look out the window and has to breathe all over me to do it.
No one has said the middle seat, so I'll say it. Why? Because then I can strike up conversations with two people. And if one is hostile, I can talk to the other. And I can see out the window as well as get out easily. Also, the middle seat has the best lighting for reading.
Window seat - so I can be the one that disturbs other people when going to the toilet! and I can rest my head on the window and ...zzzz..
Window seat , but I always like to sit in just two seats I loathe the centre seat
aisle so I can go to the restroom without disturbing anyone
aisle, I actually have a phobia of being stuck in a seat. (it's the same with trains and buses) I think it originates from always needing to go to the toilet so often, and worrying i wont be able to go.
well, on my first flight my cousin thought he would be funny, and he told me to it it the aisle seat, ill never sit anywere else (at the time the terrorist attacks were a huge thing) he told me if i was a strange looking man with a gun in his hand to run to the bathroom! now the whole time i was terrified. i was sitting on my own with my parents two rows above me, a asian man was seated next to me and as he sat down i just ran to my mum! it took me a while for mum and nana to tell me that my cousin was only joking! but yeah i prefer the aisle seat for that "easy exit"
i like the window seat.looks pretty cool to look outside.
aisle -- you can get up and walk around whenever you want without bothering anybody.
On short domestic flights I prefer the aisle seat - easier to get in and out of. On long haul flights I prefer the window seat simply so that nobody has to disturbe you to get in or out (to go to the loo for example).
Window seat is more peaceful and has a better view. I still like looking out the window during take-off and landing and I usually read or sleep during the flight.
My first choice would be the window, but my bladder's first choice is the aisle.
I prefer the window seat so that I can look out. I love to look at the clouds and scenary.
I like the window. I like to see what's going on out there. Plus, I don't like anyone squeezing past me to go to the bathroom. Something about having a crotch or butt in my face that just doesn't make me feel too comfortable.
aisle always. I am tall and I have to get up inbetween.
In NYC today, it paid to sit right next to the emergency exit!

In NYC today it paid to sit by the aisle!
window. you're not stuck between two people and you're not being hit by people walking down the isle.
Always the the window! I always get to see something different out the window. It really is a small world from up there. On a flight to Texas, I watched the Mississippi, twist and turn and change colors. On another flight, from New Jersey, I saw Lake Erie, the Detroit River, Lake St Clair and the Southern end of Lake Huron all at one time. That was awesome. The landscape and clouds are fascinating to watch. And watching the sun set from up there is beautiful. You people with weak bladders sure miss some great sights...my condolances. BTW. I've never had to use the facilities on board...what's it like in there, anyway??? LOL
I like to see out the window. And it makes me feel like I have more room, not so trapped.
Window seat! I just like to look out the window once in a while, see my surroundings - its not always blue skies and clouds!!!
I WOULDN'T MIND WINDOW BUT MY SON HOGS IT
Window

Depends on the length of the flight. If it is a really short flight - window (I like to see what's going on down there); if it is a long flight - aisle so I don't have to climb over people for a potty break.
WINDOW! aisle I can sort of understand if you have a teeny bladder or the stewardess is hot, but what the heck kind of masochist chooses the center? :D
I have never rode in an airplane. but since im deathly afraid of heights i would probably not want to look outside.
so ..center.
I prefer the window seat, but I don't usually get it.
center. because then if there's a hot guy in your row you sit by him no matter what. and if they're both ugly, i guess you're screwed, but i'll take my chances.
Aisle. I've been on some loooong flights (ie. 18 hours). I would get incredibly claustrophobic sitting by the window for that amount of time. Also, I hate to keep troubling someone when I have to get up to go to the bathroom.
When I travel with someone, we get aisle and aisle. That way're still next to each other, but we have leg room, less of a confined feeling, and we can both go to the bathroom whenever we want! :)
Window. I like looking out of the window. As a very young kid, I used to cry if I didn't get a window seat. I unintentionally annoyed a heck of a lot of people
aisle. i'm a big guy.
I've never been on an airplane, but if I did, I'd prefer the window seat.
I prefer a window seat and preferably not over the wing!!!
I always get a window, and I don't know why, because the aisle would be much more convenient. I don't mind getting up for someone, but I hate to bother them.
I guess I just like having something to look at.
Aisle if it's a night trip. I twitch a lot in small spaces so having the option of streching out a little in the aisle always makes me feel somewhat better.
otherwise I don't care.
Window.
Especially in the car, because your not as squashed and your the first to get out.
Oh yeah and you have something to look at outside, when bored. I loving looking out when on a plane.
Aisle, I hate having to crawl over people to get to the washroom
Window, especially when I'm on the airplane.
i prefer window because you get something to look at. but when there is a TV infront of you i would prefer aisle because if you need to go to the bathroom all you have to do is get up and you have easy access to the airline staff
i love the window...i always request the window side. i love heights so i love to look down.
i hate the center!!!! *sighs* so unconfortable.
window is good...i always get it no matter what, i betta
window! so many cool things to see, even if its the tops of clouds!
Window.
What did you eat while you're on the airline?
