Well, I don't wear skirts with bare legs, but I would have to assume it's at least as cold as wearing a T-shirt without a jacket in the winter. Whenever I wear skirts in the winter, I always wear pantyhose or tights, depending on the needs of the outfit I'm assembling. Unless it's bitter cold out, there's no problem at all, and even when it is bitter cold out, it's still quite comfortable, if a bit chilly.

Hi I live in the UK . although it gets cool here . not too bad as i work in an office . so it's skirts and dresses for me . usually bare legs or patterned tights and if it gets really chilly boots

My legs are muscular and stay warm, in the winter. My calves are larger than an average woman's. I am definitely not bony.

They do freeze. That's why I stick to jeans. That said, I wear jeans in the summer too, so you could probably ask "Kelly, don't your legs get all sticky when you wear jeans in the summer?" Lol x

No, I live in warm weather.

just as much as guys legs do when they wear shorts.

I don't notice the cold on my legs so much. It seems colder on up underneath.

It's pretty cold in the winter in the UK, but the cold feeling on my legs has never bothered me. I even like it sometimes when the wind blows against my bare skin. As long as I wear a coat or jumper or hoodie for my top half, I can wear a small skirt for hours outside, even when it's snowing.
