I have very thick hair. What is the best method or products to use on it?

i recomed any mane and tail products

mine is to, i rotate what i use. try treseme shampoo and conditioner. also, suave has some really good products if you're on a budget, like me. if you have the cash, try jojoba products. i think you can find them at krogers grocery store. it used to be carried only in salons however, it's still expensive. my hair is really coarse and jojoba worked so well. then i had children. can't afford it.
