Help answer this question below.

I just purchased a baby Map Turtle thats in a 10 gallon tank and the water is 3 to 4 iches deep with a LOUD filter and a heater it also has a heat lamp for basking is the going to be ok.

    Add more water
    if the water is covering the filter it wont be so loud, you can put the filter on its side
