It would be proper to flag such questions only if they are complete nonsense. Otherwise, what exactly would be the basis? Still, one can suggest that they improve their communication by addressing spelling and grammar problems WITHOUT flagging the question. Or even giving it a point or two. lol

I wouldn't do that. They're not hurting, offending or bothering anybody. Poor spelling is often times a good source of amusement

Questions that actually ask for some information, even though replete with spelling and grammatical errors, will not be removed from the system. Users who flag such questions will receive an "Answerbag moderation flag was not approved" email.

I think if one can understand the meaning of a question, it is pedantic to point out the mistake and certainly wrong to flag it.
