My pecs (I'm a dude) are firm and muscular. They are smooth with just a bit of hair...just enough for interest. There is an extra bump on one sort of like Marky Mark's pecs. But his body is much more developed than mine.

I have fully functioning breast so it changes throughout the day, in the morning when they are fuller the tend to be harder, and in the evening, softer and smaller.
