  • Did you actually mean 1130 12am. You said you work nights. I assume you mean, overnight, like PM into AM. Is that correct? Are you getting enough REM sleep. You probably wouldn't know off the top, but if you sleep with anyone, ask them if you ever get up in the middle of the night, even briefly, or if you rotate more than 4 times per hour. You might also be suffering from a condition known as sleep apnea. Had a few friends with that - basically you stop breathing for a brief period of time, not enough to harm you, but enough to disrupt your sleep pattern. Have you had any major stresses or trauma's in your life lately, that may be bothering you more than you are aware? Any problems with family or friends? Have you changed your diet recently? Have you changed (added or removed) any medications? Anythign else about yourself that you noticed has changed? Just some things to be aware of. Good luck getting those Zzzz's... it is important. Trust me.. you can't pay it back.
