  • If you are sure the patient has a heat stroke, and not heat exhausting, call for an ambulance immediately. If the patient is conscious, give them cold liquids, not alcohol or caffein. If the patient is unconscious, wet a cloth with water and rub the body with it. Moisten the skin and put a fan on, so it helps cool the person's body. Do not put them in a tub, if they are not alert, make sure someone is with them at all times, before the emergency vehicle arrives. When you call for the ambulance ask the person what you can do before the ambulance arrives to help the person. They will know what to do, so that you can be of help. I hope this helped.
  • If you feel like your having a heat strole you better get your ass inside and drink about a gallon of nice cold water..or just water:) You need to keep yourself hydrated during Heat Waves:)
