I seldom have headaches, and seldom take medications. When I do I prefer Aleve, it seems to work the best for me. If I get a tootheache it's a godsend until I can get to the dentist.

I take white willow bark, which I think is aspirin without acetic acid.

I check my urine first, if it is yellow then I grab a tall cool glass of water. If not, I take Aspirin.

Tylenol, but I will avoid till the last minute... I learned that if you keep taking this or that too much your body willl not react the way it should... so when (rarely) I take it works promptly.

I've never taken Aspirin, and I've noticed that Aleve makes me tired, which makes me cranky, so I don't take that anymore. ;-)
I rotate between Tylenol,Advil, and Motrin, because I can never decide which works better.
I like Advil liqui-Gels, because they're so darn pretty.
I get headaches a lot, if you couldn't tell. :-p
