  • I'm at bit cynical - so i have to say no. Humans are a bit self-destructive (as a group) at times.
  • Probably not. I think that by the time there are no wars, mankind will be extinct. War will eventually kill us, most likely. Sorry for the depressing response, but it seems to be the way we're heading.
  • maybe not, woth the war going on, i don't think people will stop...
  • Of course not, With just Cain and Abel and a few close relatives, there were disputes.
  • I believe one day it will happen, once we evolve consciously, but that may take a century or more
  • It`s just a dream, but what a beautiful dream....
  • As humans live and evolve, so shall war.
  • I think when taking the long view, humanity is on a rapid decay curve towards less war, although I doubt we'll ever quite reach zero.... http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/8/8a/Long_tail.svg/300px-Long_tail.svg.png What many people fail to remember from history is that wars used to be fought by all sorts of groups. Families, tribe, duchies, city-states, religious sects, etc., etc. As smaller governments combined to form nation-states, warfare became the near-exclusive provenance of nation-states. This made wars far less frequent. The 20th century was an aberration to that trend because petroleum and the industries it fuels are the most valuable commodities in the history of the world. Hence, the wars fought over petroleum and industrial dominance were the bloodiest in human history. The combination of nuclear weapons making WWII-style wars too deadly to contemplate and the declining role of petroleum in the world (as we move past Peak Oil)... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peak_oil ...will probably prevent any future large-scale multi-nation wars. But there will still be smaller, more localized conflicts that will kill plenty of people as we move further along the road towards zero war. . . .
  • Heck yeah, on a clear night you don't even need a telescope to see a couple of em
  • Yes- when the whole world is united in one government. We won't have "war" with no nations. We will have to invent some other word for corporations attacking each other.
  • we can only hope and pray that yes there will be no more wars , but as the world is today no, tis not possible but what we can do is try our best to make our own personal lives war free and happy.
