The other guy got pwned. Probably. But a republican one has probably done that too. It just is an ebb and flow of the times and the world at THAT particular moment. But that's the goal of every presidency. We have different methods, and the other dude needs to quite being such a jackass about politics. -.- (Guy that asked same but repub question)

Obama sure won't, infact it's going to go up higher then ever come January 20th. Think of all the big rig truck's filled baking soda that will be getting delivered to the white house each day.

I couldn't say off the top of my head, but if I had to guess, I'd say Democrats have probably reduced federal spending about as many times as Republicans have increased spending on any sort of social services.
