hey girl, what the hell? that pole is just for looks okay.
-
Perhaps you could announce at the beginning of the evening and over and under weight restriction? Gee . . . this is a tough one!!
-
You don't really want to get on that, it is very flimsy and I wouldn't want to see you get hurt?
-
Doesn't sound like much of a pole. If this is a professional set-up why'd they hire her? But whatever the reason, tell her the truth-if she was going parachuting or bungee jumping and exceeded the weight limitations she could get killed. Such is life.
-
Put a scale by the pole, and post weight restrictions for safety reasons. You dont have the insurance if someone gets hurt.
-
If it's rated at 185 there is no problem. Are you sure you don't have some other motive?
-
Tell her the facts. Tell her it is risky to try. Tell her she could get hurt. Tell her she could try another time in another place. Tell her it is not worth the trouble. Tell all this without mentioning the weights anywhere. She will respect your friendly opinion and desist from trying.

What?! I'm not allowed on the stripper pole? Damn it!
-
Put a scale near the pole with a sign "185 Pound Maximum-Please Weigh In". Explain that it's for your guy friends that try to fool around with it. Maybe she'll take the subtle hint that you have to weigh in before using the pole. Not too many women are going to get on the scale.
