This is a simple thing i need to know how do i get safari to fill my full screen fully i cant seem to do it on my imac it only covers half the screen.

It should be simple but it isn't. MacOS basically thinks you shouldn't be full screening apps, so there is no real easy way to do this. It's an odd choice, but one apparently made in order to foster easier multitasking. Yeah, ok. Anyway, here is a link with some suggestions for workarounds.
