Help answer this question below.

Do u have more then one pet (dog or cat big or small) who is the alpha. I have a pitbull and a chihuahua and my chihuahua is the alpha. Why do u think that is?

I had a pit and a miniature poodle years ago and the poodle was the Alpha. Dont know why but it was hilarious watching the pit just stand there and wait until the poodle was done eating. He didnt dare get near the food dish while the poodle was chowing down.

  if the little one has gone in there to take a nap she goes off!

I had three: A pit/rottie mix, a purebred pit, and a dachshund. The mix, Bub, was definitely alpha. He's recently passed, and it seems that Sam, the little Doxie, has taken his place. Fortunately, Winston doesn't seem to know that. ^_^
