They're called house centipedes and they look like this:

they're really disgusting. They eat other insects but are for some reason harmless to humans.
Centipedes love damp areas (under the kitchen and bathroom sinks or around the tub are their favorite hang-outs). The best bug spray I have found is VIPER. It comes in a small bottle and you add it to water. I do a gallon at a time. I rinse out an old Clorox bottle because they are a heavy duty plastic. I mix the bug poison & water together and then I am set for a year or 2.(I just fill a spray bottle when I need to spray from the gallon jug). I live in Florida and spray once a month and never have a bug problem. Just be sure to read the instructions as this bug spray is highly toxic. But it works really good. I am lucky to be able to buy mine at the local Farm and Feed store, but it can also be purchased on the Internet. This bug spray kills all and any bugs. P.S. Please use rubber gloves when handling this stuff.

You're reading I have been tormented by milipede like bugs that I have been seeing in my home and I've even spotted one at my church! Can you please tell me what it is. I can't find any images of it. It looks like a blonde eyebrow crawling! It's not a spider. Help!!!
