Sure, I never watch it anyway.

I never watch cable television, or barely ever, I would give it up to save money. Thing is, it's a triple package including my phone or Internet, and cheaper to pay for all three than each individually, so that's as set up as I'm going to get, unless I cancel phone and Internet, too.

Come February, everyone is going to have to have at least basic cable since there will no longer be analog transmissions. I could give it up though. Thing is, I'd probably wind up spending more money watching sporting events in bars.

I gave up cable about 6 years ago and can't say I miss it at all.

I would love to get rid of the cable! I am out-voted here of course.

We are basic homebodies. There is the Tennis Channel and Golf Channel..Fine Living, DIY, Food Channel..History, Science, Discovery..many many channels that provide fascinating, exciting information. It would remove the heart and soul out of our TV viewing. :)

I don't have cable. I haven't for years and I don't miss it one bit. I now have a DTV converter box and get even more free channels. I receive 18 channels with the converter box.

for five years 25 to 31 years of age, i gave up cable. then, i met my wife who re-introduced me to cable and satellite tv. now, i watch cable - disney, news shows, disover, nat-geo, law and orders (not the sex offender one). am i addicted now, probably yes. i seem to read a book for a bit, then watch tv then back to the book. i doubt if i could read full-time. maybe if i didn't have cable, i'd be a brilliant author?

Haven't had cable for many many years. When i visit someone who has cable i see its filled with reruns, with only 2 or 3 channels i might wanna watch. Computer connection is soooo much more worth it than cable.

No, and I could give it up because of all the shows I can watch online.
