I'm on here at 1:36 in the f***ing morning answering this question when I need to get up and out the door in about five hours. Does it *Look* like I set many limits?

Yes. I do as matter of policy. The aim is to cut any losses before they become unbearable. If the good run of fortune continues I keep rising the limits till the time when losses invariably start showing up.

Of course, I set limits on all kinds of things all day long: How much to eat, how fast to drive, how much of myself I show people, how long to stay online.... Without limits we have no boundaries and we need to have those fences to feel safe I think.
