Yuck! I just wouldn't want to pet a dog like that or give him a hug. Where's the hair? He's naked! Not a good choice for Washington D.C., too cold for the poor thing. But I do understand that he is looking for a hypoallergenic dog breed :-( But these dogs are not recommended for beginning dog owners, and they also are very wary of strangers.

The dog has been offered. I don't think it's been accepted yet. It's an ancient breed from Peru that doesn't produce allergy-agitating dander. One of his daughters is allergic to many breeds.
