How would you describe the difference between earthly, temporal wisdom, and divine, eternal wisdom?

I would like to see all wisdom as absolute, eternal wisdom under all circumstances. If there would exist temporal wisdom, than it would only apply to the current society and the current circumstances. When I read wise words from more than 4000 years old, it seems to me that most wisdom is eternal. Have you got an example of temporal wisdom that will not apply after 1000 years from now?

One exists (earthly wisdom) and one doesn't (Divine wisdom).

Earthly and temporal wisdom are stages you must cross to realize the divine and eternal wisdom. They are just lower and higher planes of wisdom. But what you must try and realize is the highest plane of wisdom. It lies beyond eternal wisdom. Very few have realized it. But no harm in your making an attempt.
