  • nope....but no one should critisize cooking, it's mean....
  • NO I do not agree , If they are that critical maybe they would prefer to take over the cooking or live on Ready meals and take aways
  • I disagree. And I also think the converse would apply more readily to me - I'm more likely to [think to myself but not actually] say: "If you don't like my cooking, raise your standards." I cook foods with complex flavors and fresh ingredients. The people most likely to dislike my cooking would be those accustomed to fried, greasy, simplistic, boring, overprocessed, canned, or otherwise lesser-quality food. My husband's family, for instance, complains that "chefs always undercook broccoli" - uh... RIGHT. Every restaurant chef undercooks broccoli. It couldn't possibly be that it's the only vegetable that you eat that doesn't come in a can, and you therefore drastically overcook it so that it resembles the canned veggies you are used to. Oh, no... it must be all the chefs doing it wrong. o_O. Little tangent there, but you get my drift. (and it was great to get that off my chest, lol!)
  • No, I don't agree. I don't even cook. I hate my cooking, and think that we should eat out.
  • Good cooking takes practice just like anything else. A young couple may have to perservere through the process of learning to cook, but if someone is not trying to improve. Then perhaps the other partner should try to cook and not complain so much when the food is not to their liking... "You don't cook like my mommy used to" SO, Go live with your mommy or cook it yourself!!
