You know when you fill out a application for something or a registration card for a warranty for something. There is always those little boxes for how old you are. ( Under 13, 13-17, 18-24, 25-29, exc.) Well I dread getting to that last box where it says a age and then just a "+" (54+for example) Like after that point it does not matter anymore.

The worst part of growing older for me is the realization my older relatives will begin passing away soon. It bothers me knowing when I have children my grandmother (who is 97 now) probably won't be there to see them grow up. What scares me perhaps the most about that thought is inevitably, the cycle of life continues, and my children may very well be thinking the same thing about me one day.

I really don't have any negative feelings about growing older. It's something one cannot fight, age will come. And with age comes wisdom and lessons learned. The older I get, the smarter and better I get, and the more I like myself. As far as I'm concerned, I can't wait to grow older.

I am looking forward to older age The only thing I am dreading is how hard I have been on my body and all the aches and pains I have now how much more will they be the older I get, osteo-arthritise and stuff, not looking forward to that
