A siamese is colour pointed so will always have blue eyes ,the oriental which is often described as a solid coloured siamese will have green eyes except if it is pure white then it will have blue eyes

If the Siamese in question has eyes of any other color than blue, it's not a Siamese.

I've had several siamese cats...their eyes are always blue. If you have a cat that is siamese, it should have blue eyes. If it doesn't, it's not a purebred.
