Jesus teaches finding those who went astray and bringing them back to belief..which is why christianity has no punishment for leaving the faith or commiting sin...god judges after death...i understand that christian countries have capital punishment..but they are secular laws that do not meet christians beliefs...why in islamic countries are their punishments for sin..why not try to lead them back...and let god dish out the punishment in the after world

The bible says to kill the man who picks up sticks on Saturday. To stone the girl who has premarital sex. What's that, you say. Jesus did away with all that old stuff? Modern Christians live in an enlightened age where the world is now round and we don't kill sinners. But, there are a few old-school Christians around, beating up fags and blowing up abortion clinics and cutting the arms off of their 7-year-old daughters when they become possessed by demons. You should not judge Islam by the actions of a few misguided radicals who misread the Koran. I could care less if Christianity and Islam disappeared tomorrow. It would certainly solve a lot of the world's problems. But don't start thinking that you are so much better than they are.

Did you find out whether this teaching of Jesus also is written in their Koran? Do you know anything about Jesus teachings in the Koran? If they differed from what you learned in the Bible, would you add them to this?

No. I'm going to stay and take care of the sheep that are still under my care. Every religion has their own beliefs. Some members of that flock just don't see things the way they should. That does not make the whole flock bad!

For the wages of sin is death –Romans 6:23(TNIV) Luke.19 [26] For I say unto you, That unto every one which hath shall be given; and from him that hath not, even that he hath shall be taken away from him. [27] But those mine enemies, which would not that I should reign over them, bring hither, and slay them before me. “He that sacrificeth unto any god, save unto the Lord only, he shall be utterly destroyed” (Exodus 22:20). “If thou shalt hear say . . . Certain men . . . saying, Let us go and serve other gods . . . Thou shalt surely smite the inhabitants of that city with the edge of the sword, destroying it utterly, and all that is therein, and the cattle thereof, with the edge of the sword” (Deuteronomy 13:12-15). “That whosoever would not seek the Lord God of Israel should be put to death, whether small or great, whether man or woman” (2 Chronicles 15:13). (God will burn the complainer, and everyone residing anywhere near him, with fire.) “And when the people complained, it displeased the Lord: and the Lord heard it; and his anger was kindled; and the fire of the Lord burnt among them, and consumed them that were in the uttermost parts of the camp” (Numbers 11:1). “And Israel abode in Shittim, and the people began to commit whoredom with the daughters of Moab. . . . and the anger of the Lord was kindled against Israel. And the Lord said unto Moses, Take all the heads of the people, and hang them up before the Lord against the sun, that the fierce anger of the Lord may be turned away from Israel” (Numbers 25:1-4) “If a man be found lying with a woman married to an husband, then they shall both of them die, both the man that lay with the woman, and the woman: so shalt thou put away evil from Israel” (Deuteronomy 22:22). These verses in the bible should answer your question.

Actually the wages of sin is death means we are ALL sinners and thats why we die.Adam and Eve were told they would die if they ate of the tree and when they did, they didnt die straight away He meant they would grow old and die, and pass this on to all mankind

Luke 19:27 (NEW TESTAMENT!!!) 27But those mine enemies, which would not that I should reign over them, bring hither, and slay them before me. 13:12 If thou shalt hear say in one of thy cities, which the LORD thy God hath given thee to dwell there, saying, 13:13 Certain men, the children of Belial, are gone out from among you, and have withdrawn the inhabitants of their city, saying, Let us go and serve other gods, which ye have not known; (13:12-16) "Thou shalt surely smite the inhabitants of that city with the edge of the sword." If you hear of a city where another god is worshiped, then destroy everyone in the city (even the cattle) and burn it down. 13:14 Then shalt thou enquire, and make search, and ask diligently; and, behold, if it be truth, and the thing certain, that such abomination is wrought among you; 13:15 Thou shalt surely smite the inhabitants of that city with the edge of the sword, destroying it utterly, and all that is therein, and the cattle thereof, with the edge of the sword. 13:16 And thou shalt gather all the spoil of it into the midst of the street thereof, and shalt burn with fire the city, and all the spoil thereof every whit, for the LORD thy God: and it shall be an heap for ever; it shall not be built again. Numbers 11:1 And when the people complained, it displeased the LORD: and the LORD heard it; and his anger was kindled; and the fire of the LORD burnt among them, and consumed them that were in the uttermost parts of the camp. 2 chronicles 15:13 That whosoever would not seek the LORD God of Israel should be put to death, whether small or great, whether man or woman. 22:22 If a man be found lying with a woman married to an husband, then they shall both of them die, both the man that lay with the woman, and the woman: so shalt thou put away evil from Israel. 22:23 If a damsel that is a virgin be betrothed unto an husband, and a man find her in the city, and lie with her; 22:24 Then ye shall bring them both out unto the gate of that city, and ye shall stone them with stones that they die; the damsel, because she cried not, being in the city; and the man, because he hath humbled his neighbour's wife: so thou shalt put away evil from among you. Is this better, I put the whole verse. I used King James version as that is what I used to use.
