I think some countries actually have sentences against people who have attempted suicides. If not that though, you'll most likely be committed to a rehabilitation or even some sort of asylum, against your will, once you're physically better. Or that's what most laws say, but more often than not, after physical recovery, the patient is let go, and that's that.

No. Murder is the unlawful killing of ANOTHER human being with malice aforethought. Operative words being "another" and "killing." Since you survived, you were not killed. And in any event, you are not "another."

You can't be charged with murder for trying to kill yourself. You can be arrested and charged for attempting to kill yourself and sentenced to rehabilitation or placed in a hospital if found necessary.
