Do you mean by not always saying what you're thinking? That's difficult to answer. The short answer is: Yes! Absolutely! I think everyone does/should.

Well i don't censor my thoughts when i'm thinking to myself but if someone else could see my thoughts a lot of censorship would be required... :)
