Help answer this question below.
Right next to the shirts that say:
"ACORN: NOT YOUR TYPICAL NUTS!"
"ACORN: Obama's nuts."
"CNN: Reshaping our nation, one candidate at a time."
"MSNBC: Our news, Our views."
"Obama: not to be confused with... YO MAMA!"
"Jesse Jackson's post election tears weren't tears of joy... He lost his job!!!"
"Obama. Advertising for this campaign paid for by... the People's Republic of China."
I can make you one.
:D
I am keeping my bumper sticker, then adding "Don't Blame Me" to the bottom of it.
LOL.....I might make one for myself today. Just buy some iron-on labels and print it out. Heck, maybe i'll start selling them. +2
i definitely want one too! I know you could go to a republican headquarters near you. They would at least have McCain/Palin t-shirts. I plan on getting a few to let America know that i don't support our new prez!
I would need one which reads ...
"Don't blame me, I voted for the OTHER black guy (Alan Keyes)."
i want one too!!!
I don't know...but when you find one, let me know:)
I was thinking the same thing...
Let me know if you find it, I will order one !
I love it! Unfortuantely, I don't know, but let me know if you do!
I want one! I really should have someone make me one that says that. even though I'm too young to vote, but still, I want one
make one, be creative!
I would love to have one.
That is a great idea. Is there anywhere I can get one that says don't blame me, I voted for Gore?
Buy white shirt.
Get marker.
Write on said shirt.
If I saw you wearing that I'd think you were an idiot.
Let's see..the guy doesn't take office until January 20, 2009. Don't you think you are being both premature and unfair? Shouldn't you give him a chance? Isn't that the American way? Do you enjoy being prejudged before you've had to chance to "show your stuff"? Happy Saturday to you! :)
I suspect we'll soon see plenty of these! I've already got my "I am Joe the Plumber" bumpersticker. I'm going to have a t-shirt made that will say, "Conservatism isn't dead. It's Re-loading." or possibly, "Proudly Clinging to My Guns And Religion"
On "iamafrickinmoron.com"
There are places around where you can get whatever you want printed on a t-shirt.
There are quite a few Anti-Obama shirts and bumper stickers like that here...
http://www.zazzle.com/cubecan*
there is a radio talk show in boston "howie Carr" that is already making 1-20-13 tee shirts, and this web site is got them too . http://www.cafepress.com/Dont_Blame_Me_I
lets not forget that nobama, the god/messia whatever people want to think he is only got 52% of the vote. If the reps ran a better campain and dare i say had better canidates running for prez...3% isnt alot to overcome
or how about 1/20/13
Why would you want to wear a shirt that condemns the man before he even has had time to prove himself? Even McCain himself during his concession speech encouraged everyone to work together with the new President to get America back on track. Give him a chance!
I heard this guy named shady has em in stock just send him the money (debit/credit cards or paypal only) and he'll get one headed your way :)
Obviously they will be Really hard to find, Also it would be like wearing a shirt that says "I'm with Stupid" with the arrow point up, if you know what I mean.......C'mon, Get educated....your already on the internet....get some facts
We still love you guys......AMERICA
Ebay
They will probably be available all over the place USA at the local corner intersection gas station by the clandestine shady guy that works the night shift at the porn shop down the street.
Give him time to print them in his basement... They'll be out soon Im sure.
I'm getting one for a Christmas present for all the Republicans in my family!!!!
I want one to !
On any street corner in about 4 months.
Should AHNULD run for President? Sure he wasn't born here, but at least he's been honest about it.

LOL! Good stuff.

Thanks. Maybe I will go into the shirt making business... Oh wait, I can't. Shirt makers and plumbers can't make it under the Obama plan.

So true. Thanks. =)

@2highspeed - Sure they can. Even Joe The Plumber was on welfare for a while...;-D...

I guess we will see, campaign rhetoric and how they actually do are always two different things with politicians. The proof is in the pudding as they say.
by 2highspeed on November 8th, 2008
Good ideas! I hope someone investigates Obama's Acorn ties and tells about it on the major networks.
*
To Old School...Joe the Plumber paid taxes at some point to fund welfare.
by Tallyman on November 8th, 2008
@Tallyman - So did the overwhelming majority of people who have received welfare in their life.
.
Even if "Joe The Plumber" was actually named Joe, and actually was a plumber, and actually was going to buy a 250k/year net profit business, he'd still do pretty well under Obama's tax proposals

@2highspeed - What EXACTLY is the alleged problem with ACORN? How did they subvert American democracy?
by Old School on November 8th, 2008
Old School, they didn't. That's just what the conservative sore losers would like you to believe. Even if all the fake Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck registered voters were able to vote, it didn't win the election for Obama. It was the majority of Americans that saw a true leader for ALL the people. This time, it wasn't the Supreme Court that decided the election.
by jdib78 on November 9th, 2008
@jdib78, I would tend to agree with you, but I am hoping that people who believe ACORN did something harmful can explain precisely what that harm is. Otherwise, the obvious conclusion is that their claims have no merit and that they are spouting nonsense. I would like to believe that there is a better explanation than that.
by Old School on November 9th, 2008
If ACORN isn't a corrupt organization why are they going to JAIL for what they did in the election?:
http://www.marketwatch.com/news/story/rnc-obama--acorn-fact/story.aspx?guid=%7B29569FA1-136D-4B95-9D51-4EF9E87ED547%7D&dist=hppr
How does that effect the election? And why should it anger you?:

by 2highspeed on November 9th, 2008
@2highspeed - The video was utterly uninformative about ACORN. The only mention was the extracted John McCain statement from the debate. Which, of course, didn't mention that McCain himself has gon
e to ACORN rallies and praised their efforts.
.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WEGIJXaOu5o
.
After reading the marketwatch.com passages, I remain confused. OK, fraud and embezzlement of funds are crimes, but I don't see how they 'threaten the fabric of democracy'.
.
As near as I can tell, ACORN is accused of submitting bogus voter registrations. This would seem to result in one of two results:
.
1) A non-existent person is 'registered' to vote. Since that 'person' WILL NOT VOTE, how does that subvert democracy?
.
2) A real person is improperly registered to vote, shows up to polls, and there is confusion as to why that person is registered at 15 addresses. The most likely outcome? That person casts a 'provisional' ballot that isn't counted unless the election is close.
by Old School on November 9th, 2008
Either way, the 'fabric of democracy' remains untorn.
.
So, other than the vague 'Obama is associated with an organization that has bad people in it' charge, what else have you got?
by Old School on November 9th, 2008
Okay, let me break this down. If a state has a disproportionate number of individuals registered Democrat and the state is played up as a SURE win because of this large number of Democrat registrations, how many Republicans do you think are going to bother? Certainly not as many as would have before it was played up that they are severely outnumbered and the state is an instant projected loss. It is pure psychological warfare.
Don't you think this makes the chances for victory by the opposite party decreased, even in the slightest? If you can say that it is, then our democracy is in danger because these organizations (that are taxpayer funded by the way) are affecting our nation's election process. If you can't see this as a hazard to democracy, then I don't know what else to tell you.
And if you believe that there were not second and third times through the voting booths as a result you are blinded by the lies. There have even been admitted multiple time voters in "key" areas

@2highspeed - If Republicans can't be bothered to show up to the polls because they think they're going to lose, TOUGH NOOGIES! I've voted in about 20 elections in my life and, in the overwhelming majority of cases, my votes were for the losers.
.
Re: voter fraud vs. election fraud. OK, let's agree we both want integrity for elections. What is the GREATER threat to democracy? 300 or so votes in one district in Missouri (voter fraud) or the systematic purging of voter rolls, not counting provisional ballots, electronic machines 'flipping' votes, etc which, curiously enough, almost ALWAYS seem to favor the GOP?

http://www.rollingstone.com/news/story/10432334/was_the_2004_election_stolen
.
Personally, I think the fact that a legitimate vote is 9 times more likely to NOT get counted if it's from a poor/minority area than if it's from a white/wealthy area tells us what we need to know about 'the fabric of our democracy'.
by Old School on November 9th, 2008
The point here is, ANY voter fraud or irregularities is totally unacceptable, whichever party it favors. I believe the punishment for these crimes is not harsh enough. Whatever the two parties do to influence the election (candidate supported or not) MUST be stopped. It works to take the voices away from decent Americans who vote properly. This is what tears at the fabric of our democracy.
As to the 300 voter fraud cases in MO, it was far more than just 300 and not just in MO. It was in ALL the battle ground states. As the reports come in, more and more cases of this are showing up.
by 2highspeed on November 10th, 2008
@2highspeed - When you find evidence (rather than speculation) of a vast wave of voter fraud, let me know.
.
In the meantime, I remain extremely skeptical about such reports:

How about Democratic voters in VA being sent official looking mail telling them that due to overwhelming expected turn-out the election would be split into two days, Tuesday for GOP and Wednesday for Dems? What about college students being told that if they try to vote on campus they will lose their student loans? What about legal hispanic immigrants being purged from the roles at the last minute because their name was misspelled? Let's not forget; the ACORN employees that turned in these registrations were turned in to the authorities BY ACORN! This wasn't some vast left-wing conspiracy. They saw the problem and got rid of it. I didn't see the Republicans rushing out to correct the lies that were spread about people's voting rights. Yes, voter fraud or irregularites or election fraud, whatever you want to call it, is wrong and should be prosecuted, but don't try to convince us that ACORN is the granddaddy of all evil, perpetrating the crime of the century to get Obama elected.
by jdib78 on November 10th, 2008
Don't take my word about ACORN listen to their own words:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H8Ep1tkNOUU&feature=related
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=625jUE78zjE&feature=related
Obama even said he is going to seek ACORN's help in his policy agenda:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EpAlGdZToCk&feature=related
ACORN and Obama were in bed together from the start, how can this not be a "conspiracy" as you call it?
As to GOP efforts to sway the Dems not to vote, honestly, were these individuals or part of a GOP/McCain Organization you site? I am arguing blindly here, because you offered no source. In the case of ACORN they are supposed to be a legitimate organization that Obama even supports, not some rogue individuals.
by 2highspeed on November 10th, 2008
Thanks jdib. My last comment got eaten, but you summarized the case well.
.
The Right has people committing voter registration fraud and the suspicion (but *very* few actual cases) of voters voting fraudulently.
.
The Left has documented proof (including criminal convictions) of voter roll purging, caging lists, faulty voting equipment disproportionately showing up in Democratic districts, vote-flipping machines (that ALWAYS seem to flip TO the GOP...hmmm).
.
The Right knows the demographics, they know the public opinion, they know the math....and they know that if every vote gets counted they lose big time. So they have to violate the law (e.g. purging voter rolls within 90 days of an election is a FEDERAL CRIME, yet the Colorado Secretary of State did it) to have any hope.
by Old School on November 10th, 2008
What I find most humorous about all this, this series of comments started with a joking, tongue-in-cheek, series of tee-shirt's. Libs never do take jokes well from what I see. But they sure have no problem dishing them the other way. This was never meant to be a serious post, the question wasn't even serious. Lighten up!!! Unlike the Dems, we Republicans see the loss and are moving on with life, better luck next time. You guys still haven't gotten over GORE's loss. Bitterness eats at the soul, you should look into getting on with life.
by 2highspeed on November 10th, 2008
Old School, you should really look at the list of links I sent you earlier. The list is so long, I could write a book with them. And in case you haven't noticed there have been plenty of Democrats doing the exact same things you say Republicans do. And the flipping voting machines, yes, there have been OBAMA machines too. You really should take a little time and read both sides, it is amazing what you learn.
by 2highspeed on November 10th, 2008

The GOP is moving on with life? Then why are you still here arguing about ACORN? And by the way, we're not over Gore's loss because he DIDN'T lose. How soon we forget how Jeb Bush called a stop to the recounts; how the Supreme Court used their apparently supreme power to decide an election that had already been decided and not let the votes be counted. Damn right we're not over it. And you shouldn't be either if you have any respect for voter rights as you say you do. But, if you truly believe that we need to move past it, then why not start by admitting that Obama won fair and square with an undeniable majority in both the popular and electoral vote (unlike Bush - TWICE), and get over ACORN? What happened there had NO legitimate effect on the outcome of the race. And no amount of links to youtube or the GOP website or the oh so reliable wikipedia is going to change our minds about it. Obama won. Get over it.
by jdib78 on November 11th, 2008
jdib: In regards to the present election, I wouldn't be arguing any of this right now had you libs not wanted the argument. I merely made a JOKE. I know that is hard for you to understand, that we Conservative folks could joke, but that is all this started out to be. GET A LIFE!!!
Also, if you want to slam me for my sources, at least CONSIDER MY SOURCES. I never once quoted WIKI anything! READ who quoted Wikipedia here, your lib friend Old School did that! I used a number of sources, but Wikipedia was not one of them. And maybe if you took time to look at what I posted you would see there was a legitimate effect on the election. Would Obama win, I think so, but there was an undeniable effect.
As to the 2000 election, had you got the ENTIRE count as you desire, Bush still would have won. As a matter of fact, his lead would have WIDENED. Read it yourself from the liberal news source PBS.
http://www.pbs.org/newshour/media/media_watch/jan-june01/recount_4-3.html
by 2highspeed on November 11th, 2008
To quote the article you just posted:
"While the USA Today report focused on what would have happened had the Florida Supreme Court-ordered recount not been halted by the U.S. Supreme Court, the Herald pointed to one scenario under which Gore could have scored a narrow victory -- a fresh recount in all counties using the most generous standards.
In their reports, the newspapers assumed counts already completed when the court-ordered recount was stopped would have been included in any official count. Thus, they allowed numbers from seven counties -- Palm Beach, Volusia, Broward, Hamilton, Manatee, Escambia and Madison -- to stand, but applied the most inclusive standards to votes in the rest of the state. If those numbers did not stand, the Herald reported, a more generous hypothetical revisited recount would have scored the White House for Gore -- but with only a 393-vote margin."
Read more than just the headline next time. Enough said. I'm done.
by jdib78 on November 13th, 2008
Alright. The next sentence, which I am sure you read, said the following. "Under most other scenarios, the papers reported, Bush would have retained his lead." When you say under most other scenarios that changes the light a little. Majority of the ways it could be sliced BUSH won.
I am all for changing the topic, elections of years past are not going to change the facts of who is in office now. The point is its history, just like this election. Time to move on. You have your wish for this election. We will see how much you enjoy the Democrat policies as they unfold in the near future and slowly encroach on our liberties. Good day.
