Cool colors for clothes and it's mostly a toss up for decor, although I think I lean toward the warm colors. My house has both.

Torn again..my favorite color is a soft blue/grey with little silver flecks for sparkle/shimmer. But I also saw a Mercedes a few years ago that was a gorgeous deep red..not orangy red but more blue red..both colors are gorgeous. Blue is my favorite color in its various iterations and permutations..I guess cool colors in the end rather than warm! :) ((hugs))

Im a total scitzo when it comes to this... I have 3 walls in my home warm and three cold as ice in a directly contrasting but complementary way! I need to have it all when it comes to color. But I feel differently about it than most for reasons I wont get into, so...

I tend to prefer cool colors...blue, indigo, violet. At points in my life, like in my teens, however, my favorite color was red. I'm least fond of oranges, rusts, etc., though I like them more and more, and I was hostile to green at one point, but a friend Green Maureen just touted it so much that I grew to like it. Of course I always liked green in nature - I'm a gardener! :) I like both mixed beds of flowers and also single or similar-hued ones.
-
I'm a warm and bright colour person and my favoriite is the golden radiance at close to sunset.
-
I go for cool colors, but I'm told that warm colors tend to look better on me.
-
Probably an even mix. It would depend on what the color was used on or for.
-
Warm, I'm a plain Jane!
-
I perfer no color (black).

I like dull washed out colors and the dark ones 2!:)

I like the cool colors very much....they have a 'sparkle' to them......the warm tones are OK, but don't have a chance against the cool tones!!!
-
I love all warm colors especially crimson, and orange
-
Deep, warm, passionate colors (mostly burgandy, reds, deep purples, etc. Highlighted with warm golds and deep hunter greens...along with various layered textures for my home decor. Much of the same with wardrobe (including LOTS of black...esp for evening wear and/or stage) but I branch out into an entire color palatte with my attire....Especially in warmer beachy seasons. In the autumn I go for the warmer earth-tones.
-
If you are saying that earth colors are the warm colors, then yes. I love the oranges, yellows, browns, rusts. I also appreciate the blues in bedrooms and most of my clothes. It just depends on what you mean.
-
Definitely cool colors, but in painting I have to use warm colors to make the painting look light-filled. It took a long time before I was comfortable with yellow, orange and warm greens.
