Nope, 2.5% last year, and we will be lucky to get anything this year, but at least we still have our jobs, its getting tough out there now.

I haven't received a raise at that percentage or above in over 5 years.

I have actually received a 10% raise, but because my salary is not that big anyway, that raise is still insufficient. I'm still thankful though, because it's better to have a meager increase, than to have no increase at all.

Great question. I've gotten 3-4% per year in my current job of nearly 4 years. Our company did lose money last year, so I'm not complaining but I am happy and grateful! How about you Sarita?
