How do I find out what the national debt was when each president left office, at least for the last 20 years?

http://www.treasurydirect.gov/govt/reports/pd/histdebt/histdebt.htm but I'm afraid that it's for the 30th of September of every year, since the government's fiscal year starts the 1st of October.

you might check with the library of congress as well. They have a site but I haven't the address.
