During the Holidays, when school is out, do we have to slow down at the blinking yellow light in the school zone? Knowing school is out.

I would say even though the kids are on vacation, its best to adhere to those signs anyway, in case children are there rehearsing or something.

Only if you see invisble children crossing the street.

The school zone lights should not be flashing at all during holidays. Common sense prevails here. if children are present anywhere within this designated area, i would definetely slow down. an issued citation would not be valid, unless school is in session or children are present on the roadway. Someone cut the lights off.
