sometimes size and location are key factors.

I cover it with some makeup if it's a real bad one. Otherwise, I don't worry much about it.

Only if its right in the middle of my nose.

Not really, because I'm used to them. And I'm pretty good at concealing them.

Meh, not really. I've realized that people are usually so worried about their own appearance that they usually don't even notice them. But of course it stands out like crazy to you, just not to everyone else.
