In adjudicated divorce cases, what percentage of a favorable outcome is attributable to outside influences (political payback) as opposed to a judge’s interpretation of the “facts” as presented?

    i think it dependes on what state you are in and if you are the father or the mother. in ohio the courts seem to award a more favorable decisions to the mother. as for ouside influences that again depends on what you are trying to achieve such as a parent that is abusive with out any police involvement or doctor records and sometimes that is inadmissable. good luck!!!! pay backs i can not say.
