From experience, I'd say it's a lot more important to the woman. Either way, if one of you says it and the other one doesn't feel or say the same then there's going to be trouble!

Depends how much you use it. Also doing something nice goes a lot farther than just saying I love you. Actions are greater than words. Saying I love you casually would not make it that important.

Actions speak louder than words. People can say they love you and not mean it. They can say it only because they know you want to hear it. A lot of people don't really know the meaning of love. But i do know and others have told me, that love is in the way you look at each other, its in your eyes. When my husband looks at me (of course when I am being good) I know that he loves me.
