  • Can you try to pamper yourself? Make sure you are eating good food and not skipping meals. Try to get enough sleep every night. You may want to get a medical massage, a manicure, pedicure. Don't take on too much responsibility, just do what you need to. Going to a beautiful outdoor place to walk can help, too. Swimming can really be healing. I'm sure you will feel better with time and won't need to change anything, it will just happen.
