How do you deal with a super hyper person that stresses you out?

That person has a sanguain personality. Read about tempraments and personalities and you'll understand them more. My step-dad is kinda like that and we clash. But I understand him better cause I have read about his personality. All you can really do is ask God to help you deal with that person and give you stregnth. I did and it is very helpful.

I'm sorry...I didn't know I was stressing you out! I'll tone it down a bit :) Since this is at work... Try holding up a hand when they approach you, heading them off with a little gentle redirection "I know you want to discuss "X", but can you email me about our options first? OR Get a small ball (tennis, Koosh, etc.) and clearly state that whomever has the ball is allowed to talk...anyone else must wait patiently for his/her turn.

Oh boy, that's is tough, first I will let him/her know to comedown, if that doesn't work I will avoid them.
