  • http://www.ticescorner.com/directions.html Tice's Corner was built on the former site of the Tice Farm
  • Both Tice and Van Ripers closed back in the early 90's. The original Tices which was right on Chestnut Ridge Road burned down in the fall of 1979. They rebuilt a larger mall like structure which was too modern. Van Ripers closed in the mid 90's - now there is an A&P on the land. Where Tices stood is now an upscale mall. BUMMER! Chestnut Ridge road was a great place to grow up near as a young kid in the 70's. Originally there was a great hot dog stand across from Tices called the Red Roster.
