I liked the monkey "Jack" in Pirates of the Carribean, also the monkey in "Cutthroat Island" was pretty funny too.

I just found this out recently: Did you know polydactyl ships cats were considered very lucky aboard naval vessels in the old days? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ship's_cat#Cats_and_superstition I'd bet they'd turn that homicidal parrot into a homicide victim!
