Nope it feels exactly the same, it depends how good the guy is tho ;)

It is only really noticeable in a couple of situations - if a guy is not fully hard, if the woman is not fully lubricated - oh, and if you are having unprotected anal sex... in all those cases, it feels much better when a guy is UNcircumcised (there is less friction at the vaginal opening etc so greater comfort). Also, if you are doing gentle, short thrusts, the foreskin itself moves and feels better. Matters to me because I'm one of those girls who hates the friction of long thrusts in and out, for example. It is why I hate condoms - like circumcised penises, they cause more friction which makes me sore and makes me dry up. Good job I've been with my uncircumcised boyfriend for 10 years :-)
