I'd have to say my dad. I love him dearly and he's been the greatest influence in my life!
-
My grandmother- Anastasia Grace O'Toole
-
My great grand mother Rose Lily
-
I named 2 of my children after their great-grandparents.
-
I'd have to go for naming a son after my husband, and his father and grandfather. I couldn't resist going for IV LOL!!!! And I really like my mom's name for a girl
-
Girl, my mom's name, Audrey, I love that name. For a boy, definitely after my dad, Marvin.
-
My father, William
-
My son is named after his father. Tell you the truth, much as I love them, no other male names in my family appeal to me in terms of naming my kid after them. I guess I'd have to invent some combination..which would then give him one of those "unusually weird" names. Nope..that would be too cruel to the kid. Well, I guess after my dad then. I loved him a lot. He passed away before my son was born..somehow that would seem the right thing to do! :)

michael, mika is my dead sister :(

If I had to I would choose my father's legal name which is Madison, but everyone has always called him Sonny.
-
My Daughter Peyton Geneva was named after an aunt on my wifes side" Peyton" and both our grandmothers middle names were "Geneva"
-
my mothers maiden name is McCasland and i think that would make a really cute girls name. plus the name cant be carried on because there are no more boys after my cousin lance dies (he has 3 girls)
-
Ana if it's a girl, Malaquias if it's a boy (Malachi in English) The first name has been on my mother's family for generations and the second appears several times in my husband's family (it's very unusual)
-
I gave my children a first name that no-one else in the family has. That is THEIR name and not someone else's. Then a family name as second name. One has my husband's name (also his maternal grandfather's name) and the other has (co-incidentally) my maternal grandfather's name.
-
My sister Angel. I have always loved her name!
-
George for a boy, after an uncle Patricia for a girl, after an aunt
-
Katherine. My sister in law who passed away too soon.
