  • I'm a guy, so I can't say for sure, but it's been described to me in detail, and I've given enough to be pretty knowledgeable. Every woman experiences it differently. So its a vague question. However ALL women I've known experience the following: A warm, building sensation that tingles intensely centered around the focus of where you are stimulating (there are about 7 different types of orgasms, so where depends on where you are working it) and then a climax of very intense pleasure that lasts a variable amount (from 5 seconds up to an hour or more) then tapers off in waves of pleasure that usually cause intense muscle contractions that last some period of time as the reaction relaxes. Many women can also multi-orgasm which usually involves starting another one before the first one has completely finished, or having full start to finish ones back to back. The feeling of wanting to pee is your g-spot reaction and if you ignore that sensation and relax as well as keep going you will eventually have a g-spot orgasm which will result in you releasing a gush of fluid from a special gland in your vagina. It's normal that it smells a little like urine, but it is not. If you worried about the fluid, just do it in a tub. If you end up squirting, or for some reason you do pee (unlikely) just wash it down the drain.
