  • Many reasons, to name few: -An inflammation in the breast tissues -A benign Cyst -Inflammation of the rib-cage producing refered pain in the breast. I advise to see a doctor to rule out infection and have mammogram.
  • if you are nursing a baby or have recently given birth - or even been pregnant, the first thing I would suspect is yeast overgrowth. kellymom.com has some very detailed and highly effective advice for dealing with it. if you suspect that it may be yeast, go at it asap with as many remedies as you can muster, all at once. yeast responds best to multi-pronged treatment, and it is important to start early. good luck.
  • I think to avoid any problems in "guesing," as to whether it is in your breast or the chest wall-lung, or even the heart area, it is safest and most prudent for you to call or go see your doctor. Especially if it gets worse I would not hesitate to do that. Nobody here can diagnose you with any degree of certaintly. I wish we could, but it would be reckless of us and possibly harmful to you for us to take that chance.
