It means eating whatever I want without overindulging. I basically eat whatever my body feels like eating. I naturally eat healthy things but if I feel like eating a cookie or french fries or whatever, I will but I just don't go nuts eating a huge portion.

No soda, no fast food, and no candy

Eating more healthy than unhealthy. Your body will feel good, if you eat stuff that's good for your body.
