PC power issues

When i turn on the power supply to start my PC it takes about a minute then my PC lights and power pulsate until i hit push the power up button after that it runs fine. Thinking it might be a power supply issue. It's 3 yrs old.

PSUs usually last a lot longer than 3 years, but it certainly sounds like you are having trouble with yours. I'd suggest a replacement.
