Does anyone remember the speech George W Bush made after Enron went belly-up? (Something about corporations getting their act together and not looking to get bailed out or something, I really can't remember, can you?) What was it?

It happened to talk about a number of issues and bailout is not the part that I remember. I do remember W talking about how a full investigation would follow and all guilty parties would be prosecuted. I also remember barbara bush being nasty to some reporters and saying something to the effect of how she lost money too and so they should stop harassing her. I also remember that Ken Lay supposedly DIED of a heart attack and so his conviction was reversed by the Bush administration. Thus making it impossible for all the workers and investors to sue for some of their money back. Who wants to bet that Ken Lay is waiting for W someplace in Uruguay? Or having cocktails with Cheney on some isolated island?
