Any fill-in-the-blank question (especially with multiple blanks), any "What's the first thing that comes to mind?" question, and most of the "Am I pregnant?" questions.

The dumbest questions are those where the questioner merely makes a statement that he wants to have supported, rather than genuinely seeking a definitive answer or a cross-section of views. This happens mainly on the subjects of religion, politics and sexual orientation.
