SUPER DAD HE IS MY friend
-
My dad was no superstar. Even now in my adult life, I have trouble respecting him, and cannot justify the things he would do. He didn't hide the fact that he took out his frustrations on us. He was screaming at my younger sister one day about something that had nothing to do with her. I interveined, and he said, "Well, I have to yell at someone." My only hope is that I will do better if I have children of my own one day.

Hopefully there are some super dads out there, if not, may we all learn from their mistakes.

My dad taught me to cheat at cards so he could cheat drunks at poker. What do you think?

my dad was a great provider i never wanted for anything within reason, he taught me lots of things about what was right, wrong. he was strict he punished us all the time, even physically, but never too much. he was my friend, my friends loved him and to this day tell me how cool he was. now that im older i know exactly waht he meant about stuff that at the time i didnt understand. my mother tells me all the time that im just like my father. that makes me happy!

Stuper dad.... he forgot to say goodbye when he packed up and moved over 10 years ago.

oh, I am glad....cause I thought about saying this, but I thought I might have been too harsh. ..if that did happen maybe you could have become a black jack dealer to put yourself through college or a security person who watches the tables in vegas. life gives you lemons...make lemonade.

My dad IS a suuuper DUPER dad. He inspires me, he's wise, he's funny, I can turn to him for anything. He's one of my best friends. :)
