Use the Customize My Homepeage feature, to click away the categories you,re not interested in. I don't use it though, because you can miss interesting questions this way, but it can help to filter all those kinds of questions you don't like, I guess.

That would be nice. Maybe go directly to categories that you are interested in. That might limit the questions that you don't want to see.
