  • My tarter sauce (which is only the best in the known universe) is made with: 1/2 c. chopped dill or sour pickles 2 tbsp. sweet pickle relish, approx. 1/4 c. chopped green olives with pimentos (or less if desired) 1 tsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. Nature's Seasons seasoning blend 1/8 tsp. paprika Mayonnaise Chop pickles and olives. In a medium sized bowl, combine pickles, olives, sweet pickle relish and lemon juice with enough mayonnaise to make a good tartar sauce. Start with 2 heaping tablespoons and mix until you have the thickness you prefer. (We like it thick and chunky.) Season to taste.
