Not necessarily. I don't like the gender-specificity of this question. Sure, behind some successful men there are women. But behind some successful women there are men. Both sexes can achieve equal success.
I'd say a more accurate statement would be "Behind every successful person, there is a whole group of family/friends." No one can achieve success purely on his or her own. Other people have influenced, supported, challenged, or encouraged that person to be who they have become.

It is true that without a woman no one can come into existence either a man or woman, So technically behind every success or failure also there is a woman.
But in real sense there are examples which prove this just a statistical misconception like many others. The real truth is it is just a hype and behind the success are many factors a part of it can be a woman or may not be.
